PLACING YOUR ORDER: WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

ORDERING YOUR CONCRETE AND HOW YOU CAN HELP US ALWAYS DELIVER SUPERIOR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS TO YOUR JOBSITE.

We encourage customers to place their orders only through our customer service department. We appreciate your valuable time and our friendly staff is trained to help you through the ordering process in the most efficient manner. Please have the following information ready when placing your order:

  • Date of delivery
  • Time of delivery
  • Customer name
  • Project name
  • PO# (if needed)
  • Jobsite contact name and phone number
  • A Physical Address, crossroad and detailed directions
  • Job site conditions and curb crossing procedures
  • Mix needed and the slump required on job
  • Quantity needed and if you will need a finish load
  • Spacing between trucks on multiple load orders
  • Load sizes
  • Other products : fibers, integral color, plasticizer, retarder, accelerator, etc.
  • Order Status : Firm order or Will Call order
FIRM ORDERS:

A firm order is an order that has been confirmed by the customer to be delivered at a specifically agreed upon time, with all required delivery information obtained. To change or cancel a firm order you must call at least 90 minutes in advance of the scheduled delivery time. Calling inside of 90 minutes may result in concrete already being batched, with the cost of the concrete assessed to the customer on that order.

WILL CALL ORDERS:

A will call order is an order with incomplete information for a proposed time. All will calls before 12 noon must be confirmed by 2:00 pm the day before. All other will calls must be confirmed at least 90 minutes prior to the proposed delivery time. Every effort will be made to schedule trucks for will calls once they are confirmed and released for delivery.

Delay charges may apply

TYPE OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED :

Charge account, Prepayment by Credit card or Cash prepaid at one of our plants (please try to have exact change).

*** Please keep in mind when finished pouring, you must provide an acceptable place for chute rinse down on your jobsite***
